What activities and/or hobbies are keeping you active at the moment?

It’s a strange one really, it seems that I’m busier than ever at the moment. Despite that, I fill up my days with meditation, yoga, daily exercise, reading and chores/maintenance around the house. I want to come out of all this in a very clear mental state, ready to grab life by the horns.

How is that impacting your well being?  

My well-being is being affected in a very positive way! It’s given me time to focus and develop myself, and I’m thoroughly enjoying it! I feel that I was getting to a point before this where everything was getting on top of me, but I now have time to reflect on myself and improve in certain areas that I didn’t feel I had the energy to before.

Have you developed a structure for your days yet, if yes, what motivated you to put a structure in place? 

I’ve somewhat developed a structure to my days; for a while now I have put together a to-do-list the night before the commencing day. I feel it gives me a reason to get up and get going. I just tick tasks off as I go along and it gives me a sense of achievement when it all gets done. This is the only way I get anything done as I’m guilty of procrastinating if there’s no structure in place for me. It’s vital.

Have you discovered anything new about yourself during this lockdown period? 

During the lockdown, I’ve learned that I am capable of staying in and having fun without having to spend much money at all. I might do it more often! 😂 - I’ve also learned that we as humans aren’t as invincible as we think we are. Life really is short! 

If so, how will that dictate your actions post lockdown?

Post lockdown I’ll be a lot more appreciative of many things! I’ll travel more for fun, make more memories and generally just make the most of my time.
