What activities and/or hobbies are keeping you active at the moment?
I’m trying to stay in a routine; waking up every day at the same time, working out and having some time to read because overall It’s important for me to stick to a routine...
How is that impacting your well being?
I’ve never felt better physically and mentally, my diet is the best it’s ever been and I'm in a clear headspace!
Have you developed a structure for your days yet, if yes, what motivated you to put a structure in place?
Yes, always a structure apart from Sunday’s...I still treat Sunday’s as my cheat day, but other than that I like to keep things structured as it keeps me disciplined.
Have you discovered anything new about yourself during this lockdown period?
I feel we’re always learning new things about ourselves, but the lockdown has put into perspective what is important. Health and family is a priority for me.
If so, how will that dictate your actions post lockdown?
After this is all done, I think everyone is going to go a little crazy..it’s important to live life to the fullest! Although remembering to really look after yourself, we only get one take at this life...
What does your work from home uniform look like?
Honestly, I don’t even know anymore, it’s a rotation of pyjamas, gym wear, underwear, pyjamas... that’s how the day goes!
