What activities and/or hobbies are keeping you active at the moment?
If the weather’s good I'm usually exercising, I’ve found a new passion for cycling & I'm super lucky to have to some weights and a boxing bag at home. If the weathers not great I’m playing call of duty and eating a lot of food.
How is that impacting your well being?
I’m currently staying with my family back in the country so it’s nice to have the fresh air and space, but at the same time, I’m missing London life and the creative energy it holds. I’m struggling a lot with sleep too at the moment but I think everyone is.
Have you developed a structure for your days yet, if yes, what motivated you to put a structure in place?
I’m still usually out of bed having breakfast before 9:00 am, then I'll just give myself a task to carry out or I’m out on my bike all day. The days are going very quickly right now. Structure, when I have no work to do, is very lost right now, but I’m doing my best to stay out of a rut.
Have you discovered anything new about yourself during this lockdown period?
That I love being around my family more than I thought, it’s bought us closer together. That and my love for the countryside has grown. I think I’ll be coming home more often from London post lockdown!
What does your work from home uniform look like?
It's always a hoodie and joggers if I'm working at my desk all day, if not I’m usually in activewear ready to work out at some stage in the day!
