#ATHOMEWITHTHEMAN: KOSTA KARAMANIS
@kosta_kara
We dialled in and spoke with Content Creator Kosta Karamanis to find out how he is keeping busy during this lockdown period!
What activities and/or hobbies are keeping you active at the moment?
At the moment working out is the best thing I can do to improve my health and stay fit.
We always complain about not having enough time to read our favourite books because of our tight schedule, so I am doing just that! One of the best ways to spend time during these days of lockdown is to brush up on my reading habits; I found books online and online museums to look at in my spare time. I also make cooking fun by doing it with madame (my girlfriend), @sachabaleriaux.
I have also been working on my Instagram page, trying out new things. I am trying to get more creative, try out new ideas, poses, lights, outfits, backgrounds, angles and more! Overall, I’m trying to be as unique as possible, as it will help me to keep my posts engaging and more enjoyable, which will then allow me to create consistently high-quality content much easier and more efficiently.
I also listen to music and dance along to it haha.
I’ve also been maintaining my connections by using FaceTime with family and friends.
How is that impacting your well being?
I manage my mental health and my well-being quite well, as I know my red flags and I always find something to do that is not work and is not virus-related, which brings me joy.
Have you discovered anything new about yourself during this lockdown period?
I realized who means a lot to me, and I hope to keep them by my side for as long as possible!
Have you developed a structure for your days yet, if yes, what motivated you to put a structure in place?
For me, the most important thing is to deliver high-quality work and choose my shoot location as well as assessing my flexibility of timing and just making sure that the shoot is done on time.
I don’t really have a structure, I go with the flow.
If so, how will that dictate your actions post lockdown?
With the first given opportunity, I’ll spend my time with loved ones as much as I can.
What does your work from home uniform look like?
I love to dress up! BUT, most of the time my outfits are cosy and comfy, wearing just tees and joggers, sometimes just underwear.
